A friend from Connecticut turned me onto this fabulous farm. To date, I have purchased a ribeye and two tenderloins. Both cuts were absolutely mouthwatering delicious! I had never heard of Wagyu, but have eaten USDA prime grade cuts for years. Wagyu takes the marbling and flavor several steps above and beyond USDA Prime. This little gem of a farm is one of Vermont’s best kept secrets.
